Shipping Policy
Ford Trucks Rock works directly with FedEx in order to get any order shipped directly to our customers. Our shipping quotes are real time quotes that are generated directly from FedEx, so you pay what we pay. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and we can offer you real time quotes from FedEx depending on the location of the shipping address.

Due to fraudulent charges and chargeback’s we currently do not ship anywhere outside the immediate 48 states. Though this may change in time we currently only ship inside the US.

Backorders
Even though the vast majority of our orders are filled within 24 – 48 hours, our inventory level can fluctuate daily and few orders are subject to backorders. If in the event that this is an issue for any of our customers we immediately send an e-mail or phone about any backorder situation. We anticipate that none of our backorders last any longer than 5 business days.

Oversized Items & Freight Items
Any additional charges for an oversized or freight item will be listed on the product page. Some oversize or freight charge may or may not appear in the shipping part of the process. This all depends on if more items other than the single oversized item was purchased. Regardless, the confirmation page will show ALL charges and show the exact final total of the order.
